As part of this commitment, we are proud to be a founding signatory of the Inclusive Behaviours in Insurance Pledge and the Lloyd’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter. We are also members of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion and the Insurance Culture Awareness Network. Additionally, Asta sponsors iCAN, an independent, volunteer-led network that promotes multicultural inclusion and career progression, while engaging allies and celebrating the value of diversity in the insurance industry.

To further promote inclusion, our employees are encouraged to participate in the Lloyd’s Dive-In Festival, held annually each September. We also support our colleagues through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusion. These groups, run by employees with business support, aim to drive awareness, celebrate diversity, and implement meaningful change to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

The My Culture & Heritage group offers a platform to celebrate the rich diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs within our workforce. Through education and communication, it encourages dialogue that fosters inclusivity and understanding.

This group creates a safe and supportive space for employees seeking guidance on mental, physical, or invisible health issues, whether they are personally affected or supporting others through similar challenges.

Women's Network

The Women’s Network is dedicated to empowering women at Davies by providing opportunities to build connections, share experiences, and develop leadership skills, fostering personal and professional growth.
